- 2. Onsite Services - Our standard support charges are $180 for the first hour of service.
- 3. Onsite Services - are billed in 15-minute increments @ $130/hour + taxes.
- 4. Online consultations- We charge $69.99/hour + taxes for standard session. All services opted for qualify you for a monthly trial of our membership including further related help with no extra cost and a free estimates for future projects.
- 5. Additional Installations, parts, devices, materials or service calls are billed separately.
- 6. If any additional work is to be performed that is not listed in the scope of work, the scope change will have to be approved for pricing and timelines by client in advance.
- 7. The cost of the parts must be paid in advance to order the parts.
- 8. Please allow 3-5 business days for the parts to arrive. The scheduled date is based on the arrival of the parts and delay will be regretted and updated to client on email.
- 9. All our work is performed on weekdays. If you request a weekend or rush hour install, professional fees will be billed at 1.25 times the or price and a $50 fee.

- If the payment fails, a fee of $25.00 will be charged, and if the invoice remains past due for 30 days from the day the service is provided, a thirty-five (35) dollar fee will be assessed for every week that the invoice remains unpaid after the due date.
