I was Jack's last call of the day--apparently a 14 hour day at that point! I had tried on my own, and then with a friend, to troubleshoot why my laptop was not connecting to Wi-Fi while my phone had no problem connecting. Jack spent 2 hours on the phone with me and solved the problem, additionally cleaning up problematic files. Jack also graciously took the time to answer questions that enhanced my knowledge for the future, including about how to protect my computer from viruses.
