If consent is obtained through initial messaging by the consumer, verifiable proof of how and where to text us is displayed on our website, flyers, business cards, or other visible locations.

Your information is used to confirm account details, assist with inquiries, send renewal alerts, and provide relevant updates regarding our online and onsite tech support services. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

REFUND POLICY
- We offer a refund/cancellation policy for all our customers. If you are not satisfied with the product or service, you can contact us to request a refund or cancellation within 15 to 30 days respectively. You will need to provide your name, order number, and reason for requesting a refund or cancellation.
- -Products we sell and setup will be subject to the particular brand’s refund policy.
- -Services Online consultations i.e. Professional fee are one time non refundable charges as they will be charged after service is complete.
- -Product returns are subject to the particular brand manufacturer’s refund policy.
- -Onsite Service calls for hardware setup i.e. POS etc. setup are also non-refundable.
- -Subscriptions are refundable for a period of 90 days & on pro-rata basis afterwards.
